Global Yatra Hub — Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. All correspondence and bookings related to tours and travel services should be addressed to Global Yatra Hub.

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with **Global Yatra Hub**. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the required deposit amount from you.

Payment

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of **25% of the total cost** is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.

Balance Payment

Balance payment is to be made **15 days prior** to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the start date is considered a late booking and requires full payment at the time of booking.

Note: For special train journeys, peak-season hotel/resort bookings (e.g. Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Mode of Payment

Domestic clients can make payment using any of the following methods:

  • Online Credit Card (American Express / Visa / Rupay / MasterCard / Discover / Diners Club)
  • Online Debit Card (Master / Visa / Rupay / Maestro)
  • Offline Credit Card
  • Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
  • Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

In case of card payments, a **3% bank charge** will be levied over and above the total amount. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding taxes or deductions. Any bank/intermediary charges for remittance must be borne by the payer.

Payments Procedure: All payments are to be made in the name of **Global Yatra Hub**.

Cancellation / No-show / Early Departure Policy

Cancellations must be informed to us in writing. Cancellation charges are effective from the date we receive your written cancellation and are applied as follows:

**Please note:** Regardless of the slabs above, a minimum **10% service charge** is applicable for cancellations after booking with us. If you cancel after the trip has commenced, refunds — if any — will depend on recoveries from hoteliers and other service providers. We do not refund unused hotel accommodation, chartered transport, missed meals, etc., unless recoverable from suppliers.

**Special trains:** For premium train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Maharajas' Express), a separate cancellation policy applies and will be advised when needed.

No Refund Warning: Bookings for the following periods — if cancelled for any reason — will receive **no refund**:
  • High Peak Season (20th December – 15th January)
  • Major Festival Periods (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, or other national holidays)
  • Long weekends

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled/unused services will be calculated per the cancellation policy above and refunded to the person who made the original payment. Refund processing may take **2–4 weeks** due to banking procedures. If refunds are made to a credit card or bank account, applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Arrival & Departure Policy

**Check-in:** 12:00 – 15:00 hours. Early arrival is subject to availability; guaranteed early check-in requires booking the previous night.

**Check-out:** 10:00 – 12:00 hours. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

Extra Usage of Vehicle

Costs for extra usage of vehicles (cars/coaches with driver) beyond transfers or sightseeing are not included unless explicitly stated in the itinerary. Extra usage is not permitted unless specified.

Liabilities & Limitations

  • After finalizing tour/service costs, any hikes in monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel, or guide charges imposed by governmental or regulatory bodies will be charged extra.
  • Global Yatra Hub acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways and other contractors. All vouchers, tickets, or contracts issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions of those service providers.
  • Itineraries are samples and may change due to weather, road conditions, participant fitness, or other reasons. Global Yatra Hub reserves the right to amend itinerary, transport, or accommodation for safety, comfort or operational reasons without notice. Such amendments may not be eligible for a refund; any extra costs will be payable by the client.
  • Global Yatra Hub will not be responsible for delays, losses, injuries, damages or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, government actions, war, civil disturbance, theft, epidemics, quarantines, or any other unforeseeable events. Clients shall be liable for any extra expenses resulting from such causes.
  • Clients are responsible for their own insurance. Global Yatra Hub **does not** provide insurance covering accident, sickness, theft or other losses. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk.
  • Global Yatra Hub may refuse to carry out its contract with any person it considers undesirable, at its absolute discretion.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be referred to an arbitrator appointed by Global Yatra Hub. Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the Courts of **Haridwar, India**. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
